The 24-hour Non-Emergency Incident Report Line is 541-346-5555. The call can be anonymous and staff can connect you with the approriate offices and support as well as confidential resources.
Use the online reporting form to report incidents of bias, discrimination or discriminatory harassment to the Office of the Dean of Students (for students) or the Office of Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity (for faculty and staff). Your message will be directed to the appropriate office.
